Monolithic Slab Elevation
This process is used when the buildings slab and footings are poured together. Titan Foundations & Elevation’s team will tunnel under the structure and drive piling based on the soil conditions, exposing the footing or grade beams. We then use our Unified Jacking Machine to push on the footings or grade beams and carefully elevate your house from 1 to 20 feet. Titan Foundations & Elevation are experts in Monolithic Slab Elevation and one of the best in the industry in the process of Piling and Tunneling to lift your home and secure it at the correct level. We then install a new foundation system, reconnect all mechanical systems, build two sets of staircases to meet egress, obtain a occupancy inspection and all the paperwork.
Slab Separation Elevation
Titan Foundations & Elevation is currently the only experienced Slab Separation Team working in Texas. This process is just as it sounds, we will separate the slab away from the structure and elevate all of the interior and exterior walls, ceiling, roof, second or third floor, windows, doors, upper cabinets, shower tile on the walls and the interior staircases. Titan Foundations has worked all over the the United States allowing our team to understand many methods of house elevation that can produce a better end product with more return on investment for the homeowner. This has allowed us to perfect the slab separation process and provide this cost effective option that many others in Texas are incapable of successfully completing.
Pier & Beam Elevation
This process is for wood frame structures that are usually already elevated off the ground. Titan Foundations & Elevation will install a grid of steel under the house and elevate it using the Unified Jacking Machine. In most cases we can also elevate the brick veneer with your home which many other companies can not do.
